Under Asmodee's Update to the Parts Replacement Program, they will no longer replace missing parts in games, and are instead requiring purchasers of their product to return their products to the stores.  This is highly problematic for purchases made at most stores as many stores will not accept the return of opened games.  Its also problematic for convention purchases and secondary market purchases where returns are impossible. It further requires that customers inventory games immediately upon purchase in case there is a missing component and a return policy is available.  This is a huge disservice to the gaming community who would like to see this policy repealed or heavily revised so that patrons are able to attain the pieces necessary for their game without having to repurchase a copy of their game.
