The signers of this petition request that Apple and the Unicode Consortium add a goldfish to its selection of emojis. It can be a goldfish in a bowl or just a free-floating goldfish, but we need a goldfish. 

Why? Here’s 5 reasons…

1) For fans to show love for Ted Lasso, the heart-warming, hysterical, multi-award winning TV series.

2) Because the series is on AppleTV, so it should be a no-brainer for Apple to support it.

3) Because many people, beyond fans of the show, have a use for a goldfish emoji - it is the first pet of gazillions of people.

4) Because a soccer ball (football!) emoji isn’t enough to show the love for this show and a pink biscuit box emoji doesn’t exist either (feel free to add one of those too!).

5) Because it is the kindest show on television and we all need to be reminded sometimes to not dwell on our mistakes, or the mistakes of others, and, well…be a goldfish.
