Asda Managers are being offered 1 Months Pay for every 5 years. PREVIOUSLY, Asda colleagues have been GIVEN 1 Months Pay for EVERY years Service 1 Months Pay = 5 years Service vS 5 Months Pay = 5 years Service This doesn't seem fair????
