The entire world is united in absolute horror witnessing the Russian military, at Vladimir Putin's orders & command, invade (unprovoked) and commit unfathomable war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity within the sovereign nation of Ukraine. We cannot sit by quietly and watch another moment. Silence = Acceptance. We do not accept these atrocities!


This petition calls on the International Criminal Court to arrest Vladimir Putin and put him on public trial for these crimes. 

Furthermore, we demand Vladimir Putin be immediately removed from his position as President of Russia, and that he should be replaced by a leader chosen by the Russian people in a free & fair election, to be monitored by U.N. peacekeepers.

As of Sunday, April 3, 2022, the bodies of at least 410 civilians... men and women in civilian clothing... had been found Bucha, Ukraine. Witness accounts state that Russian soldiers went from building-to-building, pulling civilians out of their homes & hiding places, and executing them in the streets without rhyme or reason. Dozens of the bodies found had their hands tied behind their backs and had been shot in the head at close range. Many had been dumped into mass graves. Russian troops open-fire on a 56-year-old woman as she stood in her own front yard, killing her instantly. Many of the woman found dead had been raped before the Russian soldiers burned their bodies.

If found guilty by the International Criminal Court, Vladimir Putin (and anyone else who is proven to have been involved with and/or enabled or emboldened his vicious, bloodthirsty audacity) should face the maximum punishment allowed under international law.
