The Issue
This is an EMERGENCY REQUEST to the INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT, UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL and all of the World's Human Rights Organizations to take a serious NOTICE of the crimes being committed by Pakistan's Army Chief General Asim Munir and the Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif. This petition by the citizens of Pakistan demand and request INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT(ICC) and the UNITED NATIONS TO bring justice to the Pakistan's worst criminal Army Chief General Asim Munir and all of his accomplices including Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Special request for International Criminal Court at the Courthouse - The Hague, Netherlands to start the criminal proceeding against the current Pakistan's Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir Ahmed Shah and immediately issue arrest warrants for him.
People of Pakistan would formally like to initiate the Mr. Karim Khan the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to initiate an investigation on emergency basis against the Pakistan Army's General Asim Munir and all of his accomplices within all security forces and within all current government officials gave illegal orders and took part into the Islamabad massacre that occurred on November 26th, 2024 and killed hundreds of innocent peaceful and unarmed protestors.
The International Criminal Court(ICC) is required to act against the current leadership of Pakistan government and the current Army Chief General Asim Munir since all of the Pakistani courts including Pakistan Supreme Court is unable or unwilling to try a case any of the current government officials of the Pakistan.
The atrocious, horrific crimes, war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of aggression committed against the citizens of Pakistan in Islamabad on November 26th, 2024.
We the citizens of Pakistan would also like to formally request the Chief Prosecutor Mr. Karim Khan and all of the prosecutors at the request and during peaceful protests since the illegal removal of Imran Khan's government on April 10th, 2022.

- Since the illegal removal of Prime Minister Imran Khan from the office on April 10th, 2022, The Pakistan's Intelligence Agencies have been involved in killing, torture, large-scale attacks, prosecutions, illegal imprisonment in civilian and military prisons, mass media censorship and false flags attacks to deceive the world and to blame the crimes on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders, supporters, their families and journalists on the orders of the Army Chiefs, General Qamar Bajwa and General Asim Munir.
- We demand International criminal law (ICL) to take a legal action on the basis of set of rules that Prohibits serious crimes, such as genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and the crime of aggression.
- International criminal Court must Holds individuals accountable for these crimes according to the International criminal law.
- International criminal Court must also regulates how these crimes are investigated, prosecuted, and punished.
- International criminal Court must makes it possible to prosecute individuals in high political and military roles.
- International criminal Court must exercise all options and not limited to, crimes under its jurisdiction.
- Under UN Charter the international treaty that codifies major principles of the International humanitarian law must exercise to bring all criminals involved in the crimes against humanity.
- Pakistan is bound by customary rules of IHL(International humanitarian law) as well as the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 to which it is a party.
- he Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (2010).
- Under international law, an army attacking its own citizens is strictly prohibited, as it violates the fundamental principle of "distinction" within International Humanitarian Law (IHL), which mandates that attacks must only be directed against combatants and not civilians, even if they are citizens of the same country; essentially, deliberately targeting civilians during an armed conflict is considered a war crime.
- IHL(International humanitarian law), clearly states that civilians must be protected from direct attack.
- Leaders and soldiers involved in such attacks could be held individually accountable for war crimes under international law.
- All member states around the world must arrest after the arrest warrants get issued for the culprits under the International laws that makes it obligated to arrest individuals under ICC arrest warrants who are present on their territory.
- The crimes committed by current government and military officials are under the ICC's jurisdiction and the crimes occurred after its statute took effect in 2002.
