I came about this investment opportunity via www.mikegdeal.com in late  2021. I invested into the MikeGDeal directly to Mike Glaspie of Palm City, Florida for the opportunity of investing into unregistered securities (Mike G calls it a collateralized loan) in a company called ViRSE. I was guaranteed a return of 700M dollars via his "Save this deal" Plan A payout chart. 

Neil Chandran who has been previously convicted of securities fraud recruited Mike Glaspie and Garry Davidson to raise capital for the impending sale of ViRSE which was guaranteed to be sold to The Central Bank of South Korea around October 2021. The new company was said by Glaspie to be headed up by 5 billionaires, two of them was said to be Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos. The deal guaranteed closing came and went, then another, and another guaranteed closing goes by, most recently March 31 2022 and June 21 2022.

Neil Suresh Chandran the CEO of ViRSE who Mike Glaspie was allegedly raising the funds for was arrested June 29 2022 in Los Angeles CA and remains in Leavenworth, Kansas held without bond as he is deemed a fight risk  Mike Glaspie and Garry Davidson are named as Individual 1 and Individual 2 in the Grand Jury Indictment seen here:

Neil, Mike, and Garry are claiming this is a $30-$50 Trillion dollar sale of ViRSE. All documented by the Reddit and Telegram groups listed above. Court documents show the state of Michigan has filed 2 Cease and Desist orders  and fines pertaining to this scam. One in Late 2021 and a second April 6 2022, yet the scam continues to operate. They have said to have collected over $300 Million dollars from over 30,000 victims.

Mike Glaspie has been putting out daily updates to his investors for 4 years now. Always on the verge of closing the mega-deal only to invent one after another outrageous excuses as to why it didn't close and the need to raise more capital. Mike is the main contact between the investors and the ViRSE CEO Neil Chandran who updates Garry Davidson who updates Mike Glaspie thus having a "buffer" between the seller and the investors. 

The Reddit group and Telegram "Mike G Uncensored" group have hours of audio recordings pertaining to the promise of 10,000X return on our investments.

Additionally, Mike Glaspie also recruited a Linda Knott d/b/a Together We Profit (TWP) with over 10,000 investors that were guaranteed a $12 Million dollar payout for just a $27 investment for the sale of ViRSE. She has been the latest hit with a C&D order and fine out of the state of Michigan:
