I've got a Supreme Court hearing coming up this month. The officers who had me detained for my views on Canada's policy with respect to Palestine are trying to have my complaint against them struck from the record before the adjudication can proceed any further.

I'm not even reading the mountains of legal documents being provided anymore, nor am I filing anything in response. I'm the second respondent so I'm mostly just along for the ride.

I'm tired of this process.

I was illegally detained in Canada because I was speaking out against Canada's unwavering support for genocidal Israelis. And for pointing out our Prime Minister incited them to further violence. I continue to do so.

I received a response from the Attorney General of NL after filing a notice directly with his office, but he passed the buck off to the RCMP and suggested I file a complaint if unsatisfied. Completely disregards his legislated duty in the prosecution of specific offenses in the Criminal Code.

Canada isn't broken.

This is how they minimize and normalize genocide.

This is the system functioning as intended.

Canada must be abolished.
