Corbin Dean Pannell is an online personality who has rose to infamy over the last year and a half. Using monikers suck as Jupiter the Hybrid, Jupiter Paranormal, Jupiter Pannell, and Shadow Raven; Corbin had made his way under the radar of police, that was until July 8th, 2023.

His hometown police officers located in Nampa, Idaho went to his group home and seized his cellphone, computer, and Xbox one after receiving a tip that Corbin had been inappropriately speaking to minors, and possibly possessing explicit material of said minors. It is believed that Corbin was tipped off about the police coming to take his things, which made him wipe his devices. In the past year, police have not taken Corbin’s case seriously; believing that because of Corbin’s weight and mental disabilities, that he is not a danger to anyone. After the police took his devices for evidence, one of his caretakers gave him a spare Xbox one, and Corbin was able to buy a track phone with his SSI benefits.

The house that Corbin lives in is also 2 BLOCKS AWAY FROM AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

To this day Corbin is still roaming the internet looking for victims. There has been multiple reports to Nampa PD, and countless pieces of evidence handed over; however they have yet to act on arresting him. I am livid that the police are letting this man walk free and continue to be online. He has admitted to being a pedophile multiple times and has even explained what he looks for in a victim. I promise you, if you dive down the rabbit hole, you will be as enraged as I am. Please help us push for his arrest. It will save more innocent children from this monster.
