Thanks so much to everyone for your support of this effort to fight intrusive development on Spy Pond. Tonight's meeting will very likely be non-decisive, as the developer has indicated that he will ask for a continuance. Therefore, your presence will be more crucial at a future hearing than tonight. We believe that one reason for the developer's request for a continuance is that there is new information following Con Comm's site visit this morning. At tonight's Con Comm meeting at 8:15 p.m., we believe that Seaver will ask for a continuance of this matter to either next week or August 18th. This means there will be no substantive discussion of Seaver's development proposal. We will keep people informed as there will be a meeting either next week or on August 18th when the matter will be discussed in detail. It will be very important that as many of us as possible attend that future meeting. We will keep you posted as we know more and thanks for staying involved on this important, potentially precedent-setting situation.
