For the Union County probation office to give the full 5 to 10 minutes on a drug test
The Issue
My name is Travis Marie Sandifer. I am asking for help in getting the Arkansas Parole Board to look into the testing procedures of the Union County probation/Parole office here in ElDorado Arkansas. I am asking for them to give the full 5 to 10 minutes on their instant 5 to 10 panel drug test so the parolees/probationers have a chance for an accurate test results and for it to be mandatory that the parolees/probationers assigned officer to be present along with the testing officer during the drug test instead of just the testing officer to help eliminate failed/false drug test results for parolees/probationers who are actually trying to abide by the rules and keep innocent people from being revoked and sent to jail and or prison. A parolee/probationers should not be denied the second more accurate drug test that is expected by law to be given after a failed/false drug test instead the failed/false drug test are being put directly in the parolees/probationers file and the parolees/probationers are being told no other test results will be accepted not even a hair follicle or blood test pushing them closer to a sanction and possible prison time that an innocent person does not deserve. Please help get this looked into for parolees/probationers like myself who are just trying to comply to the rules of the parole/probation office as they should comply to the rules of their jobs. Thank everyone
