Justice for Beau Shannon ~ STOP Parole for Eric Allen Zarska ~ Arizona Prison ID# 075445

The Issue

RE: Eric Allen Zarska ID# 075445 Parole Hearing
Hearing: March 16, 2016

On December 23, 1987, Eric Allen Zarska, along with his father  Kenneth  Zarska  and friend James Gregory Haley, carried out a conspiracy to brutally murder three people: Richard Graybill, his daughter Shelly Lynn Graybill, age 20, and their co-employee, my computer genius son, Beau Shannon Collier Stephens, age 15.
Eric Allen Zarska pled guilty to these murders and was sentenced to 3 concurrent life sentences and a consecutive sentence of 15 yrs. for burglary .

During his first 10 yrs. in prison he committed many major offenses including joining the Ayran Brotherhood, two attempted murders...one a prison guard the other being James Haley for 'ratting' on his father giving Mr. Haley zero incentive to testify against Kenneth Zarska at a re-trial. Charges against Kenneth Zarska ( who was the only one with the resources to enable this heinious crime) were eventually dropped because of this incident.

Around Eric Allen Zarska's 10th yr of incarceration he found himself in danger from the brotherhood he had joined and suddenly he had a "religious revelation" in his cell one night and sought protective custody which he was granted in return for him 'ratting' on the brotherhood. Since '97-'98 he has been held out of the state under Federal protection. Due to the 'special circumstances' my right as a victim's family to know his whereabouts has been denied since that time.

Now Eric Allen Zarska wants to be released because he's gotten an education and is running a business from his cell and he has completely turned his life around... My response to this is "what else did he have to do all this time?" If he had continued his heinous behavior he'd have been turned back into general population and had a very short life expectancy.
Eric Allen Zarska is now eligible to apply to be moved to his burglary sentence every 6 months until it is approved. Once it is approved he could be released to the streets in as little as eight yrs. and this is not acceptable.

My health will not allow me to go stomp the malls or parking lots seeking signatures as I did the first hearing so I am asking friends, family and any interested parties who agree that this animal should never breathe free air again to add their names to this pettion along with a short personal comment on the subject. PLEASE only use appropriate language as this will be forwarded to the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency in it's entirety.
By adding your name and comment you agree with the statement below:

" Due to the heinous nature of this crime, he should spend the rest of his life in prison. I urge you to deny any parole attempts by him or anyone else involved in this massacre. Society will not benefit from any of them being released. They need to spend their lives paying for the consequences of their actions.
At this time I urge you to think of the victims and their loved ones. They do not get to resume their lives when any of these men are released and they have to think of this every day of their lives. They will never have closure, but they deserve some kind of peace in this life"

Thank you for your time.
