Officer  Philip "Mitch" Brailsford of the Phoenix police department shot an innocent man begging for his life laying face down on the floor as instructed by officer Brailsford who within the four minutes that the incident took place already told the victim that he would "likely be shot" this was not a dangerous situation and the officer had complete control of the situation and the victim was terrified!

Officer Brailsford had already received complaints of excessive force. Officer Brailsford killed a man begging for his life with an AR-15 that he had the words "You're Fucked" engraved on! This man is a calculating murder and should NOT be walking free!
