Please help get Judge Matthew Destry off the Bench. He is not a Fair Judge. He Bully his Courtroom Staff.. Attorney's and Public Defenders, and Prosecutor.  THIS HAS TO STOP!!!! My son was in his courtroom he had 2 years Youth Offerender  PROBATION. In Which if he Violate. the most he could have recieve was 6year. he gave my son 20year without finding my son Guilty of any new charges.Now WE are on an Appeal process. To correct what he did. Now mind you, my son friend was on 6 year Youth Offerender probation he recieve 2 1/2 years. he was sentence after my son Appeal went in. lets PUT A STOP TO THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR.WE need to make sure They are held Accountable.
