Purdue has made a contract with Aramark to renovate the basement of the Union and establish 35 new dining locations. Although I fully support and am all for changes and having chain locations, places like Pappy's and Tap Room are too classic and near and dear to the hearts of Boilermakers for them to be lost forever.

I support the Aramark industry and their arrival to Purdue, and I welcome them with open arms, but I would hate to see such iconic and beloved dining locations such as Pappy's be disposed of.

I plead to Aramark and Purdue University to keep our beloved dining locations. Or at the least keep Pappy's.
