Un Jour DAmour Events LLC was denied permission by Writers House LLC to use the intellectual property of Sarah J. Maas in order to host a themed event called The Velaris Starfall Ball 2024. Writers House LLC did not provide any reason as to why permission was not granted. The owner, Leslie Hernandez, is also a major fan of the "A Court of Thorns & Roses" series and has communicated that she is willing and ready to discuss options such as royalty fee/fees in order to obtain the permission needed. This event would benefit Sarah J. Maas financially and would bring more notoriety and fandom to her work. We request that Writers House LLC rescind the denial and grant permission to Un Jour DAmour Events LLC to host this themed event or provide Un Jour DAmour Events LLC with detailed instructions on how to obtain the granted permission.
