Approve Kyana's Work Visa and Keep her in Iceland

Approve Kyana's Work Visa and Keep her in Iceland
The Issue
Kyana Sue Powers, an American Citizen moved to Iceland for the love of the country. She inspires thousands to visit Iceland and to live their dreams passionately.
She is currently in threat of being deported because her application for a work visa was denied.
After visiting Iceland once as tourist, Kyana fell in love with country. Back in Boston, she quit her job, sold all her things and apartment and came back to Iceland on a one-way ticket.
While living in Iceland on a student visa, Kyana became infamous for Instagram Reels and Tiktok, most notably her series "Reel life in Iceland" and other videos about Iceland. She became the expert in this type of content creation and taught individuals and companies how to make them and implement this new form of media to their own accounts.
Kyana started a company called Kraftar Media, which specializes in Instagram Reels and Tiktok content creation, strategy, and management. This is the only company in Iceland to specialize in this type of content creation. Kraftar Media hired Kyana as the Director of Content Creation and Strategy. With her specialized skills of content creation, Kyana was the perfect and only applicant deemed appropriate for the position.
The directorate of labor denied the application for a work visa and Kyana received a letter stating she needed to leave Iceland within 30 days or she would be deported.
Kyana brings immense value to Icelandic Tourism and to Icelandic Companies. She is deeply rooted in the Icelandic community and beloved by many. To be forced out of Iceland and leave behind the company she created would be devastating to say the least.
If the decision of the work visa is not changed, she will be deported from Iceland and leave behind the entire life she has built up in Iceland over the years including her business.
Please help her stay in Iceland, the place she calls home. With your support and signature, we hope to get her work visa approved so she can stay in Iceland!
