Fifteen years ago, as I crossed the threshold of a humble garage gym, I stumbled onto a transformational journey. A quest that evolved from a mere workout to a lifestyle, making me healthier, more focused, and a better father. However, it's been heartbreaking observing the organization dwindle due to poor management over recent years. CrossFit at its roots is potentially the most influential sport ever conceived, a lifeline that welcomed everyone seeking true transformation. Yet, it feels like the doors have gradually begun to close—making CrossFit less accessible, less real, less raw.

This petition is a clarion call to all world athletes: It's high time we reinstate the glory of CrossFit—an integral part of our athletic culture. I, along with many others, propose that the former and widely admired CrossFit athlete, Rich Froning Jr., should lead the CrossFit community as its CEO. His deep understanding of the sport and dedication to the community make him the ideal choice to reenergize the CrossFit ecosystem.
