As a dues-paying member of Teamsters Local 104 in Arizona, I have witnessed a series of dissatisfactory, dishonest appointments that have consistently misrepresented our member body. Our Local Union has tolerated inadequate representation for far too long and we believe it's time for a change. We truly sense the need for a Business Agent who demonstrates integrity and a willingness to fight for our causes. We firmly believe Kyle Parker is a perfect fit for this position. Kyle has always shown forthrightness in his dealings, persistently battling for what is right and beneficial to us all, irrespective of the nature of the circumstances.

This petition isn't just a demand, but a voice that aligns with our Local Union's bylaws. As per the Teamsters constitution, we have the right to petition for the appointment and/or election of our representatives. This is our attempt to utilize these rights, not just for the betterment of our local union, but also to set models of honest representation and leadership.
