As a passionate cinema enthusiast and an expert in film, I have always held the art of filmmaking in high esteem. It is with this deep respect for cinema that I express my concern about the current state of discourse on the r/movies subreddit. The lack of film expertise displayed is extremely upsetting, especially considering its potential to shape the perspectives of future generations of film buffs. No films are tagged with release dates or TRTs, and they don’t even have a rating system. 

Gregg Turkington, a respected figure within the world of cinema, possesses not only extensive knowledge but also a profound RESPECT for films. With Gregg as moderator it would significantly elevate discussions on r/movies by introducing EXPERTISE from someone who know Hollywood history inside and out. Furthermore, he could institute a rating system that could trll people what to watch this weekend.
