The Knoxville Falcons Youth Organization is a cornerstone of our community, providing children with opportunities to grow, learn, and enjoy the sport they love. As a parent, I've witnessed firsthand how important it is for our kids to have leaders who prioritize their well-being and development. Unfortunately, the current commissioner is failing to meet these expectations.

Numerous complaints have surfaced regarding the rude demeanor and lack of effective communication from the current commissioner. His failure to collaborate with coaches and respond to the concerns of parents has driven many away from the organization, adversely impacting the children who are the heart of this community. This is not the environment we want for our kids—a place where their needs should be the primary focus.

We need change. It's time to appoint a new commissioner who truly embodies the values of respect, communication, and care for our children's best interests. A leader who listens to parents, works alongside coaches, and ensures that the organization's primary goal is achieved: fostering a positive and nurturing space for the youth to excel both on and off the field.

A fresh start with a new commissioner can bring back the trust and optimism that once defined the Knoxville Falcons Youth Organization. It will create a supportive environment where kids feel valued and encouraged to participate actively. Our children deserve leadership that puts them first.
