On FaceTime, the phone automatically inverts your face. As you look at yourself in the little box in the corner, you see a mirror image of yourself, but the recipient on the other end of the phone sees you flipped. Now for some people with symmetrical faces, this is probably not an issue. For those of us who have lopsided faces like me, it becomes a bit of a problem. 

I believe that Apple should make this invert optional. It is not a necessity to flip the image and it should be a choice. Our bodies our choices. Some people just want to feel pretty while on FaceTime especially during these times when they can not see those they love. 

For years we have put up with the invert after taking a selfie on the front facing camera and we will continue to endure that pain, but the same thing on FaceTime is just too much to handle.
