Dennis Vukanovic, also known as DVloper, who is the developer of the Granny and Slendrina series, has been having trouble releasing Granny 3 on Apple devices, all because of Apple and their policy. It all started with him posting on Twitter that it depends on whether Apple is nice to him or not. And the most definitely have not been nice to him at all. They’ve been considering Granny 3 spam and similar to his other Granny games, when it clearly is a whole new game. Granted, Granny 3 does work like Granny 1 and 2, where you have to escape from the house and everything, but it’s very unique in its own special way. And it surely doesn’t necessarily mean that it is spam and all that stuff. Still, Apple didn’t want to approve of it. Then, Dennis tried to upload another version of Granny 3 to the App Store, but Apple didn’t want to approve of it either. At that point, Dennis gave up and officially announced that Granny 3 will not be released on the App Store at all. As an Apple user, this severely disappoints me. And I’m also sure that it disappoints other Apple users as well. I’m not one for forcing someone, let alone a company, to do something like this, but if there are any other Apple users out their, I want them to have a chance to play a new a release of a game they’re a huge fan of. So I’m setting up this petition to ask Apple to accept Granny 3 and let Dennis release it on the App Store. I really don’t think this is necessary, but I just want to see if I can make a change, like everyone else.
