It started one day when my friend and I were texting and wanted to add a pride flag emoji to our conversation. Both of us being apart of the LGBTQ+ community, we scrolled through all of the flags before realizing that of the 252 flag emojis, a very important one is missing. The pride flag! We know this has been brought in to consideration before but has been put down due to the fact that it is not the flag of a country but rather something that stands for a social group. We still believe that this is an important symbol and will help spread equality. If all goes well, maybe we could even get emoji flags for other specific genders and sexualities. Help raise LGBTQ+ awareness and acceptance by signing this petition! Thanks guys!
