Help make Halo-halo an emoji!

Help make Halo-halo an emoji!
The Issue
As a proud Filipino, I would like to make an emoji of one of the Philippine's most iconic desserts, the Halo-halo. Halo-halo is present in Jolibee, one of the most popular fast-food restaurants in the Philippines, and it has also been present on a popular show "Top Chef." I request assistance in creating this emoji because of my Filipino pride in my country, the Philippines. With the help of my other kababayan (Fellow Filipinos) brothers and sisters! Halo-halo made its way to the Philippines from Japanese migrants in Quiapo. It first included red bean or mung bean in crushed ice with sugar and milk. These days, it incorporates an assortment of fruits and jellies; examples include fruits like jackfruits, sugar palm, and much more. I have a plan to pursue this to become an emoji in hopes of it being part of our friends, families, and community on our mobile devices as a sign of an outing or a date. For me to design this emoji of mine, there is an extensive procedure needed. First, I require several people to sign a petition, thus making it relevant. This data is essential when proposing this emoji to Unicode as it signifies its relevance to the Filipino community. Second, I request aid in writing the proposal with the help of others. Lastly, it has to be accepted by Unicode for further action. We need to wait for a response to its status of approval. All in all, this petition seeks to discover how many people would enjoy this emoji; as a choice of expressing themselves to whom they speak.
