Do you remember the last time you felt the warm embrace of someone special while snuggling? I know I do. I met a very special, beautiful lady in the most unlikely of times of social unrest during a global pandemic. The first time I met her she walked to meet me in a park wearing a unicorn t-shirt, blue shorts, and holding the leash of her little pup, Adele. She walked up with a playful confidence and sparkle in her honey colored eyes.

A few dates later, we found ourselves enjoying a movie together, snuggling on the couch. It made the movie 10x better to be there with her resting on my chest and my arms around her. It gave me feelings of love, warmth, peace, and happiness like few things can.

Unfortunately, I found that I can’t send her a snuggle emoji on my iPhone. This makes it very difficult to plan snuggling time or even to reminisce about past snuggling. I know many of you are likely facing my same problem and know my feeling of disappointment that such an important emoji would be left off of the latest iOS.
