Yet ANOTHER iOS update with a plethora of new emojis and YET no opossum emoji to be had. Why the bias? Could it be Apple is trying to hide from the rest of the world that North America has their very own species of marsupial? There’s a kangaroo� and a koala�...perhaps the emoji curator is Australian? Only Apple knows for sure. Opossums work hard night after night to clean up our roadkill and rodent & tick issues yet they receive NO emoji recognition. The bottom line is, this opossum oppression shall be addressed at once. They have opposable THUMBS for crying out loud. If this cry for recognition is not heard, they too will soon be composing their own petitions.
