Kelly Services has an unjust system of unfair practices that is condoned by Apple. Employees are under constant micro managing, over worked and advised daily by a Director of Operations, David Tuscany of how poorly we are performing by spamming us with emails. Team Leads and Supervisor's that are more than willing to write up a complaint against you without cause. Customer satisfaction surveys being the key to whether you are able to keep your job based on their experience when chatting in. Long wait times, 3 chat concurrency and Apple's policies on whether the customer is to pay to have their products repaired or replaced due to product failures that are not the fault of the customer but rather obsolescence and or known defective products. 

Understaffing, extreme amounts of unwarranted stress, unjust terminations, and unfair practices at Kelly Services/Apple are what is causing these employees to be terminated through no fault of their own. These practices need to stop and someone needs to be held accountable, not the employees. The understaffing alone plays a major role in how customers are not being provided the attention they deserve. 750 Advisors daily was the average in iOS chats this has dwindled down to 250 in less than two months. Nevertheless being forced to handle 3 chats at once was their only option to keep up with their contract with Apple. This has gone on long enough and Advisors have had to pay the ultimate price with their jobs for Kelly Services to keep up with their contract and greed.

Kelly Services offers no support to their Advisors they burn them out and then blame the customer survey responses on the Advisors. We are advised to just keep going and bring in those "green" surveys if you want to keep your job. Positive/Green surveys are unattainable at this time, how can you provide excellent technical support when the customer only has one-third of your attention and you are working with a system that has contributed to your downfall with constant errors, freezing/unresponsiveness and disconnects. Which you are also held accountable for and are not paid for technical issues. 

An apology and immediate resignations from those who have contributed or condoned these practices are in order. Reluctantance or ignorance is not an excuse. How this is concluded will affect many lives. Let us allow these fallen Advisors, past and present a fighting chance to be heard and compensated.
