With all of the backtracking and misinformation it is despicable for him to be found guilty on all 3 counts. Sometimes sad events aren't so black and white or necessarily "good" and "bad". Tory may not be completely innocent, but neither are many parties involved. Clearly Megan was assaulted, to what extent and by who is what is being called into question. To convict Tory of ALL 3 COUNTS without a shadow of a doubt, even after the issues mentioned previously, is simply a miscarriage of justice.
