👉Appeal to allow John Roughton OCI American Citizen to unite with family in Nagaland,India
👉Mr. John Roughton who is serving as a religious teacher helping his wife Pastor Zhepitoli Roughton Zhimomi at Spirit Of Faith Church,Dimapur District,Nagaland State, India.

They are happily married since 1991, his wife is a citizen of Nagaland State,India from a Sumi Naga Tribe of Nagaland.

They have 3 children - 1 daughter and two sons who are all adults, where all of them completed their Secondary Schooling from Delhi Public School, Dimapur - Nagaland State - India under CBSE Course.

And the family is happily living in Nagaland State,
India since for the last 30 years.

But surprisingly on 31 October 2024,
on flight UA82 from New York,USA to New Delhi -
India on their way back to Dimapur Airport - Nagaland,India,
Mr. John Roughton due to unknown reasons was asked to go back to America on the same flight from Delhi Airport and his wife was allowed to go to the hometown Nagaland State,
which the incident has hurt the sentiments of the Church believers and the citizens of Nagaland State and beyond.

The family has not witnessed such treatment like that even during their married life and stay in Nagaland for the last 30 years. 

During enquiry upon the Government of Nagaland addressed to the Office of Chief Secretary on 4 November 2024,we are still yet to get satisfactory reasons to know why he was sent back to America.

The State Government of Nagaland - Home Department (State Passport Cell)
responded a letter dated 26 November 2024, saying that,
as on date no information as to the reasons,for the said action by FRRO,
New Delhi is available with the State Government.

Having been said and explained above what is mentioned,
Mr. John Roughton an OCI  Valid Card Holder (Overseas Citizen Of India)
along with his wife (who is an indigenous Naga citizen)

and their family, they are all a peace loving citizen of Nagaland State and India,
where in many ways ,they have contributed to the well being of the society by imparting teachings and principles of mankind which has helped in shaping the personality of people and believers associated with them,
teaching and encouraging all to live a better person to live an honest and dignified life by contributing to the society to the fullest.

Their lives has also inspired people by propogating Peace and Harmony for the well being of the citizens,the State and the society.

Through this online Petition, I would encourage everyone to sign this online petition that has been created here, and hoping and believing that the Government of India especially the Home Department,including the office of FRRO and the Embassy to look into the matter of Mr. John Roughton on priority basis,
and we appeal the concerning authority to allow Mr. John Roughton to come back to Nagaland State -
India,
so that he can unite with his wife,
his childrens,
his friends and near and dear ones.
Mr.John Roughton has all proper documents and he is a registered and certified Overseas Citizen of India having a government certified Card Holder of OCI with OCIC No - A2327906.
He has a Valid Proper Visa with OCI - Multiple Entry type of Visa category which are all processed and properly done through proper channel.

Now it's been almost 1 month of the incident,but we believers,
frriends,family, near and dear ones especially the wife and childrens 
are yet to get a satisfactory positive response from the concerned authorities whichever the case needed to be taken up.

Hoping that Positive development will be addressed and taken up at the earliest,
so that Mr John Roughton can unite with all peace loving citizens before the Christmas Season arrives.
