I wanted to let you all know that Apex has posted an update to the Utility Billing page on the Town's website. The Town will be transitioning to a new billing portal in July. You will NOT be able to use the online portal to pay your bill June 27-July 6. All customers will receive a paper bill with a new account number.
Thanks to your support, the Town has answered our request to post weekly updates to the Utility Billing page on its website. We appreciate this move but still believe it should have happened months ago. We are coming up on the one-year anniversary of the cyber-attack! I believe transparency is critical in these types of incidents so that we all can trust that the information we are receiving is accurate.
