Hear me out.  The National Anthem is boring so I'm petitioning to remove it in its entirety to be replaced with the 2001 hit single Raise Up by Petey Pablo.

I believe we as a nation need to RAISE UP, take our shirts off and spin them around our head like a helicopter to join in solidarity as a nation.

Fact: Hearing the National Anthem at noon does not slap.

Fact: Hearing Petey Pablo Raise Up at noon everyday would indeed slap. Slap hard. 

Think about it, everyday at noon you look outside and there's a sea of shirts spinning around folks heads like a helicopter. The smiles would be infinite. The morale of the nation would go up. People would cheer. It would be great.
