15 month Shaylyn Ammerman was taken from her crib on March 22, 2016 in the middle of the night by a family friend of the uncle Adam Ammerman and father Justin Ammerman. Shaylyn was beaten, raped, murdered and dumped naked in the woods of Gosprt, Indiana like a piece of trash by Kyle Parker of Spencer, Indiana. Kyle was the only one arrested in the case, yet the uncle admitted he thought he seen a foot dangling from Kyle Parker as Kyle Parker left the home, but because he was intoxicated he just went back to bed. The grandmother, father and uncle admitted that Kyle Parker was over that night drinking with the uncle. The uncle also admitted that on a previous occasion " the granmother had walked in and caught Kyle Parker rocking baby Shaylyn Ammerman drunk". Yet took no action or permitted him from returning and did not make a police report. If you look up the definition of neglect, you will see that the gramother, father and uncle neglected Shaylyn and by letting Kyle Parker return after the first innocent that clearly was unacceptable (letting a grown man drunk alone with an infant rocking her) then maybe this baby would still be alive today. People who are seeking full justuce for Shaylyn dont understand why the family memebers ( uncle Adam, father Justin and grandmother Tamera Morgan) that were responsible for the safety and were the caregivers that were suppose to protect Shaylyn are not being held responsible for neglecting Shaylyn and helping result in Shaylyn's death. We want justice not just for Kyle Parker who tourchered and killed her, but the caregivers that were careless and did NOT protect her which resulted in her being taken, raped and killed. We believe if they would have done their duties as parents/caregivers and stopped this monster from returning to the home after he was caught redhanded DRUNK ricking that baby ALONE, she may still be alive or if they wouldnt have been drinking and partying with an innocent child in the home, when the uncle Adam thought he saw a foot dangling from Kyle Parker he would have had ran out and possibly saved Shaylyn's life verses using the excuse he was intoxicated and half asleep so he just went back to sleep. Any parent with children that love and protext their chikdren should be discusted by the neglect this child suffered, ththeas if that wasnt enough the pai. She had to endure the last few hours if her life.
