Hi, my name is J.J and im creating this petition to bring attention to a problem thats been far too persistent in our modern day society. For months now, an individual by the name of Rowan Moore has been bombarding the Social Networking application "Snapchat" with stories, that range anywhere from Marijuana smoking videos, or incoherent rambing about a select variety of topics. . On any given day, you can expect 20-30 videos, often consiting of the same actions as the previous day. These actions  include, but are not limited to getting naked, rapping along to music, and taking uncomfortablely long videos of bong rips. Group stories are not granted any mercy from these visual assaults either, and he will regularly make make the users physically cringe as a result. Often the subject can be seen shirtless, even graffiting his own nipples with permanent marker and ink. He can usually be heard listening to "Comethazine" while making faces that would often be associated with constipation or some sort of mental disorder. This  All this renders the group story essentially useless, it drowns out any other users who may have something valuable to contribute. By signing this petition, you are not only helping remove Rowan from the group story, but also saving lives. No one can truly know the amount of suicide deaths caused as a result of these insidious snapchat stories. Our main goal is to eventually have this reach the front desk of the Whitehouse, whenever possible!
