We are seeking answers from Midland Police Department, Texas Rangers, Midland County Sheriffs Office whomever else maybe related to the shooting and killing of 14 yr old Juan Herrera. Juan's mother and family has tried to get answers. The agencies did not let her go in and identify  the body to see if it was Juan. To this day the agencies have not released a statement or body cam footage on the altercations that happened between the officer and juan. We the community and family are requesting
