I believe that as a community we should have the fundamental human right to vote for our mayor, I believe that by the labour  local MPs having Chris hooper a automatic Mayor for our region is communities and individuals loosing there human right to have a democratic voice in our community,  and our state of Queesnland those who are apart of our community, and feel that you also do not wish for this person to be our automatic default mayor and wish for a local election to take place to please sign this petition, I believe that the impact from Chris Hooper as our mayor will bring a damaging impact to our community that will not only effect us economical, but also effect our way of life, what we cherish and our rights to choose many aspects of how we live our life, As well as the list of profanities painted on his east street wall that he has preceached and defaced a historical building in East Street with, showing no respect for the history of the building and leaving it look like a utter mess.
