A week from the RSPCA and Police finding over 90 dogs and cats neglected, with no water or shade, starving and eating other deceased animals we hear that a yet another man has been charged with animal cruelty. A thoroughbred foal was drowned at the age of 4 months. What gives a human the right to decide wether a perfectly healthy animal lives or dies. This needs to stop.
