On November 11th this sweet girl passed away due to a neighbor shooting her after investigation this man short her not once but 15 times  the owners were out of town and got the horrible news and rushed home. There could of been many different ways this situation could of been taken care of. Nebula was a family dog who loved people, other animals, and children. This is animal cruelty and now a family with children involved are mourning the loss of not only their dog but someone they considered a family member. Nebula will be missed by many and will forever continue to touch peoples lives as her spirit will live on. Please sign this to bring her justice and if you believe this man needs to be charged with animal cruelty a class 6 felony for mistreatment and killing an innocent dog without justification.
