The Schools are the place to start teaching Children about Animal Abuse. To have People who Own or have Rescued Abused  or Ex - Fight Animals, come into the Schools with these Animals and tell their Stories. This will help start Awareness at any age. It is something that these kids can carry with them their whole Lives. />
It comes into play in their Relationships with their Peers and their Families. With all the Bullying in Schools, This would be a good Teaching Tool. It would make them think about what Abuse does and how it effects People and their Lives.

It could help the kids being Bullied - Showing them that no matter what happens they are strong enough inside to Carry on, To never give in to the Abusers.
This action can build Character, and help teach children from all walks of life - To Love, Care and Help another, Whether it be a person or an Animal.

It would also Teach the kids to Take Care of Fluffy and Rover. That a Pet is not just a Cute Puppy or kitten - to be ignored or taken to the Shelter when it gets too big. That a pet is a lifelong commitment, that will be rewarded Day after Day from the Love and the Loyalty that these Pets show towards their Owners.

That Abuse in any form is not acceptable - If they see Abuse or are being Abused, that they should tell Someone.
