Anglesey County Council have acquired a car park which was recently run by the community of Benllech!  They are now proposing to charge a fee for parking. This car park is used to shop at local businesses and also by users of Bowling Green, Tennis Club and Anglesey Pickleball Club.  
These charges will deter locals from supporting small businesses around the square and will have a direct impact on Benllech Recreation Centre users.  
I am asking for the Council to accept that if we have already paid Membership at the Bowling Club, could Pickleball players, tennis players and Bowling Green players could displaying our membership card on our dashboards please entitle us to exemption from charges.  We at Anglesey Pickleball Club have worked tirelessly to grow numbers and get Over 60s involved in Active Sport and these charges may deter both existing and future members from joining the Pickleball ‘BOOM’
