The banning of flavored eliquid by using executive order is a misuse of power. We the people of New York call on you as the public servant you are to relinquish your seat as Governor for this misuse of power. This is not a epidemic nor is it a problem. You use these words to spread propaganda with no scientific facts to back these claims up. Sadly the recent deaths of these children in the media stem from their use of the cartridges and not eliquid used in electronic cigarette devices. These are same the cartridges that are currently legal in NY to use as medical marijuana. Infact you've stated that vaping the liquid is healthier then smoking the plant. These are the same cartridges that you want to make legal for recreational use and tax 20%. We ask that you please give the power back to the people of NY where it should be held.

This is going to shut 700+ vape shops down and 2700 employees will lose their jobs. These people are husbands, wives, sisters, brothers, mothers and fathers. Hard working Americans that you are taking from with your propaganda. As well as the millions of dollars you will cause the state to lose in sales tax dollars. All this loss with no scientific data to back your irrational decision up.

Wether you vape thc, eliquid or don't vape at all this abuse of power still effects you. With irrational behavior from politicians and people in power comes consequences paid by the every day citizen. Vaping is suffering now but whats going to be next on your agenda. 

We please ask that you be a righteous man, not a self-righteous man and step down from your position so that we can be lead by someone with intellect and compassion. Do whats best for New York State and its inhabitants.
