California and New York have deemed cannabis dispensaries essential during this pandemic and economic crisis which means they get to stay open.  If cannabis is essential, then it is high time for our governors to take a stand and end pre-employment marijuana drug tests.  This is important for our country's economy to recover so that Americans can return to work without fear of not getting a job due to consuming a perfectly legal plant that is sold for both medical and recreational use.  Please stand with Californians and New Yorkers and affirm our right to live our lives outside of work without corporations micromanaging our free time.  If cannabis is essential, adults of California and New York should be able to consume cannabis responsibly, and enjoy the full benefits of our state laws without consequences when we are not breaking the law!
