There is good reason to believe that Workplace NL is acting in bad faith against injured workers.  Injured workers lives have been destroyed and human rights have been violated.  The current CEO is in conflict of interest due to having previously worked for special interest group Newfoundland & Labrador Employers Council advising employers, not injured workers.  Recently the CEO gave employers a break on their rates as the employer funded injury fund had a huge surplus.  There needs to be a independent public inquiry into the operations of Workplace NL.
