WE, the undersigned, People, of this World, United, are justified, and warranted, to demand, that this City Government of Louisville, Kentucky, entrusted, accountable, responsible, public official, City Housing Authority, Director, be fired, and prosecuted.

Ever since, twenty-years, ago, by the direction, of this criminally corrupt, City Government of Louisville, Kentucky, public official, City, Housing Authority, Director, and with these other, criminally corrupt, City Government, organized crime members, are getting rich, by causing, hundreds-of-thousands, of this City, poor, to remain poor.

Who ever since, are profiting, by criminally conspiring, with all of these criminally corrupt, City, multi-family, apartments, Slumlords, Property Managers, to pocket, hundreds-of-millions, of Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) non-profit, Grants, and low-income, HUD, Section 8 Choice Voucher, rents assistance, federal, funds.

Why they are, inspecting, to fraudulently, Pass, not to Fail, all of these City, HUD Inspections Reports, to conceal, not to expose, all of these Slumlords, buildings, apartments, City, HUD, housing, health, codes, violations.

Who to profit, are causing, all of these buildings, apartments, to be, unfit, unsafe, unsanitary, unhealthy, condemning, inhabitable, living, housing, conditions.

To profit, purposely, placing, exposing, all of these unsuspecting, past, present, future, low-income, Peoples, Families, Women/Single Mothers, Pregnant Women, Disabled, Military Veterans, into, all of these infested, infected, poisoned, diseased, contaminated, vacant, apartments, and why they became, vacant.

To profit, by purposely, causing, serious, permanent, disabling, physical, mental, harms, that is murdering them, and to purposely, cause, these surviving, to remain, financially dependant, to cause them to remain in poverty.

Why all of these sickened, dying, complaining, low-income, Peoples, are never being removed, relocated.

To profit, by purposely, forcing, all of these sickened, dying, low-income, Peoples, to vacate, break their leases, court evicted, these losing their HUD Section 8 rents assistances, to cause them to be homeless, to cause them to remain, financially dependant, to cause them to remain in poverty.

To profit, to fraudulently, award, all of these for-profit, Slumlords, Property Managers, with non-profit, HUD, Emergency Shelter Homeless, Grants.

How they are not exposing, that they have caused, all of these, thousands, of this City, low-income, to become homeless, all are out-of-sight, unknown, uncounted.

To profit, by placing, all of these unsuspecting, low-income, homeless, whom they caused them to remain in poverty, homeless, into, all of these Slumlords, infested, infected, poisoned, diseases, contaminated, vacated, apartments, and why they purposely, caused them to become vacant.

Who profiting, are causing, these hundreds-of-thousands, of this City, past, present, future, low-income, Peoples, to these never-ending, vicious, cycles, of wanton, felonious, endangerments, wanton, felonious, reckless homicides, grievous injustices, social, injustices.

Who are profiting, by violating, their, 1st Amendment, Civil, Rights, violating, Human Rights, oppressing, causing, suffrages, to Peoples, Families, Women/Single Mothers, Pregnant Women, violating, Rights to Life, denying, children’s, educations, denying, fit, decent, safe, sanitary, healthy, habitable, living, housing, conditions.

WE, the People, of this World, are United, to forbid it.
