WE, the undersigned, People, of this World, United, demand, that this City, Housing Authority, Director, be fired, prosecuted.

Ever since, twenty years, ago, this criminally corrupt, greedy, racist, evil, conscienceless, despot, tyrant, oppressor, City Government of Louisville, Kentucky, City, Housing Authority, Director, is getting very rich.

1) By defrauding, Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) non-profit, Grants, low-income, HUD Section 8 Choice Vouchers, rents assistances, funds. 1/

2) By criminally conspiring, with all of these City Government, Housing Projects, Property Managers, all of these City, multi-family, apartments, Slumlords, Property Managers.

3) Why he is, inspecting, to fraudulently, Pass, not to Fail, all of these City, HUD, Inspections Reports, to conceal, not to expose, all of these thousands, of these buildings, apartments, City, HUD, housing, health, codes, violations.1/

4) Why he is purposely, placing, exposing, all of this past, present, future, unsuspecting, City, low-income Peoples, to purposely, cause them, to remain, financially dependant, to remain in poverty. 1/

a) Why he is purposely, placing, to expose, to all of these, concealed, airborne, health hazards, biohazards, to cause, their, serious, permanent, disabling, physical, harms. 2/3/

b) Why he is purposely, placing, to expose, to all of these, concealed, airborne, health hazards, bio-hazards, to cause, their, serious, permanent, disabling, mental harms, to cause, their, aggressions, depressions, anxieties, memory loss, vision loss, attention deficit disorders, learning disabilities, school dropouts, and criminalization.2/3/4

c) Why he is criminally, committing, all of these low-income, Peoples, tragic, wanton, felonious, reckless, homicides (murders), including, all of these defenseless, children, infants, newborns, unborn. 5/

5) Why he never removing, relocating, any of these sickened, dying, complaining, low-income, Peoples. 1/

6) Why he is purposely, forcing, all of this City, low-income, sickened, dying, low-income, Peoples, to vacate, break their leases, court evicted, to cause them to become, hopelessly, homeless.

a) How he is fraudulently, awarding, all of these for-profit, Slumlords, Property Managers, with these, non-profit, HUD, Emergency Shelter Homeless, Grants. 1/

b) How he is purposely, placing, all of these next, unsuspecting, low-income, homeless, victims, why he caused them to be low-income, homeless, placing, into all of these, vacant, vacated, infested, infected, poisoned, diseases, contaminated, apartments, and why he purposely, caused them to become, vacant.

7) Why he is ensuring, to continue, to profit,

a) Why this City Government, Community, building, where all of these low-income, homeless, People, whom, he purposely, caused, to be low-income, homeless, go to receive, financial assistances, why he continues, to cause, to remain, unfit, unsafe, unsanitary, unhealthy, uninhabitable, conditions. 6/

b) Why this City Government, Building, Jail, where these low-income, People, whom, he purposely, caused, their permanent, mental harms, causing their criminalization, incarcerations, why he continues, to cause, to remain, unfit, unsafe, unsanitary, unhealthy, uninhabitable, conditions. 6/

8) Who is profiting, by causing, hundreds-of-thousands, of this City, past, present, future, low-income, Peoples,

a) To these never-ending, vicious, cycles, of wanton, felonious, endangerments, wanton, felonious, reckless, homicides, crimes against humanity, grievous injustices, social injustices.

b) Violating, their 1st Amendment, Civil, Rights, violating, their Human Rights, purposely, causing, oppressions, suffrages, financial dependencies, to cause them to remain in poverty, violating, Rights to Life, denying, children’s, educations, denying, fit, decent, safe, sanitary, healthy, habitable, living, housing, conditions.
