My name is Nakeda Martina and I am the BIOLOGICAL MOTHER of Andre and Aston Smith. Tragically since 2013 me and my children have been in a horrible situation regarding GAURDIANSHIP with 5 of my 7 children and my mother. I went on OPRAH NETWORK IYANLA VANZANT FIX MY LIFE begging for help and embarrassed myself as a plea and cry for help to get my babies out of harms way because most of my life I have been hurt by my family but I still have worked so hard and went to court since 2013 to get my kids I been so desperate. For the last 10 years I’ve relocated from Milwaukee because of all the family drama and trauma and on the day after my birthday August 29,2021 the family drama inflicted to hurt me by attacking my children took its course because Andre Romone Smith II was tortured for several hours beat and killed in front of his not so friendly great grandmother and little brother Aston whom I RAISED them together in Georgia and were very close most of their life until my mom tricked me so she can CAPITALIZE off my children like she has since 2007! Before my bio-dad killed my son I had my CDL permit set up to become a OTR driver to provide for my 7 kids as a single mother who came from a broken home. After my son funeral my life has fell apart because of my grief and pain. My mother set up a go-fund me immediately when my son died to pocket pitty money meanwhile I loss my CDL because I couldn’t take my road test because I was at Andre funeral and court fighting for my surviving children. I was security for THE ATLANTA FALCONS AND THE ATLANTA UNTIED teams since 2017 and loss that job due to my breakdown after losing my son and in and out of court . I have never got in trouble or did bad by people and my family encourages my mother to keep my children away from me to keep financial gain and punish me out of spite. I reported abuse for years and nothing was done even up until a month before my son unfortunate horrible tragedy. Even to the month before Andre was killed I begged CPS my family and the police for help. The loss of my son and family turmoil stressed me out so bad I have loss employment and almost died June 8,2023 because my thyroid got very bad and almost made my body shutdown. But with the tremendous loss my kids and I took and it went viral for the whole world to see I’m jus asking for support because the same family that killed my son never gave it to me and still haven’t after I said my last goodbye to Andre. CPS rotten family Milwaukee Police Department and Children’s court all failed Andre and Aston and it created a bad strain and unbalance in my life. If I could get this petition done to create ANDRE’S LAW it will help protect children like him and his brother when they are abused in out of home placements and the government will take action when there is a avoidable and preventable death. Maybe this change can help bring my kids home after years of fighting in court and not being able to get them home , I can start healing and help them heal together without the pain and suffering of milwaukee and gaurdianship separating me and my babies.
