“An intercession for my Past-gression”
Dear Judge Wheale,
In this addendum to address my criminal history I am requesting to have my probation considered for early termination. Though I appreciate the convenience of Un-supervision, my record is becoming like a seed among thorns.
Presently, my thoughts trouble me and I am distraught at the fact on March 19th 2008 my probation status hindered me from obtaining a Career and goal oriented position at Sitel.
In a recent interview they saw a man skilled, qualified, and passionate about his purpose, whom scored 95% on their tests, yet could not hire me due to the “Color of My Black-ground”.
It stung like a piercing for Past-gressions which allowed discrimination for such iniquity.
Your Honor, I desire mercy not sympathy. If I am continued to be denied work how can I reform?
Even though, my heart is in anguish, I am confident that I may soon go before any potential employer without spot or blemish.
Interviewer Yolanda, at Sitel, 706-220-2917, has given me till May 22nd to find a redeemer. Therefore, I remain patient in this affliction, more so joyful in hope, that you, who examine the righteous and probe the hearts and minds, may help me.
Respectfully,
The D.isgusted A.ugustaN. - Danny Scott
