This happens on the 15th of May 2024 as one can find in the water mark in the image. This incident happens when two of the users from a rehab for reasons best known to them and both of them were beaten black and blue while one succumbed to death at the hospital.

Such acts of inhuman practices has driven the users deep underground and left to their own fate. Thus repeated acts of such practices should be sensitized by the authorities partnering with the community so that human lives are brought to just and appropriate treatment.
