various ways and means have been induced, imposed and enforced. Taking drug use as a moral/ criminal issue has led to chaining people and even leaving in solitary confinement. There were times when they were shot in the thighs by non state actors and even some died in the process.

But, nevertheless drug use prevails. WHY? Nobody dares to think it , rather than considering it as as if children of the lesser God.
