“Please, I can’t breath” - George Floyd 

This isn’t just an issue of racism or discrimination but an issue of the justice system. Sadly, that is around us all the time and things must be said always, not just now. It exists against Native Americans, Afro-Americans, Middle Eastern, Muslims, Asians, Christians, Africans, Caucasians….yes it works both ways.  

Now, the issue in the US isn’t just racism, it's the violence that occurs. In 2016 alone, there were (per million) 10.13 Native Americans, 6.66 Black, 3.23 Latino, 2.9 White & 1.17 Asians killed by the police. In total there were 24 Native Americans, 266 Blacks, 183 Latinos, 574 Whites, 21 Asians and 25 others killed my the police. Source: The Guardian

This is an issue of the justice systems in the United States. Derek M Chauvin has been charged with third-degree murder and from the videos anyone can see it’s not third-degree murder but a lot higher and I have already signed a petition to raise the murder charges against Derek M Chauvin but think there needs to be more. This is also not the first time the Ex-Officer Chauvin’s been involved in a killing and not to mention that the other three officers have not been charged with anything.

There must be a stronger justice system, there must be harsher punishments for law enforcers. I am started this petition on Change.org to RAISE the Degree of Murder, to also charge the other cops for not stopping a murder & for this case to SET a PRECEDENT in all future cases for unlawful killing by law enforcers.

There must be a stronger justice system against law enforcers (police officers and cops) who break the law. When you become a police officer. you must follow the law and I personally feel that if you break the law as a law enforcer, you must face harsher punishments by law as it was your duty to follow the law the first place.
