Što se tiče zemalja istočne Evrope, Burger King franšiza je u vlasništvu AmRest-a, kompanije sa sedištem u Poljskoj koja pored Burger King franšize ima PizzaHut, KFC, kao i Starbucks.

Sva tri lanca već posluju u Srbiji osim Burger Kinga.
